The Barnes church of Christ practices simple Christianity as it is described in the Bible. We meet for worship on the first day of every week as did the churches in the New Testament.

Acts 20:7 And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.

In addition, just as the church in the New Testament met at other times besides their worship assembly to study together, we meet for Bible classes on Sunday morning and Wednesday night.
